DocInvoices is intended for business owners, contractors, technicians, and other working professionals who are legally permitted to work or operate a business in their jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for reviewing estimates, invoices, work orders, customer information, pricing, taxes, labor, parts, and other details before documents are approved, sent, or shared.
Users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and complying with applicable laws and regulations.
DocInvoices may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, interference with the service, or misrepresentation of a business or identity.
DocInvoices retains ownership of its software, branding, logos, graphics, and related content.
Users retain ownership of the customer information, estimates, invoices, photos, documents, and business records they create using DocInvoices.
Paid features may require a subscription. Pricing, billing terms, renewal information, and cancellation options will be presented before purchase.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, subject to the terms shown through the applicable app store or payment provider.
DocInvoices is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain reliable service, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
DocInvoices is a business productivity tool and does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DocInvoices will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Users are responsible for maintaining copies of important business records.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, misuse of the service, or unlawful activity.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Updated Terms become effective when published.
